We had everyone come wearing blue or pink representing their best guess of what you'd be. I'd say it was about 50-50. We had everyone write their guesses of your gender, birth date, length and weight. We played some silly games, ate some snacks and lemonade. Here's the table all set up before the food:
It was a "Make way for our duckling" theme :)
I think the straws were my favorite part
At the end of the night we opened a big box of blue balloons (Mason was my box opener helper) to let everyone know the good news! :) It worked really well and was a lot of fun! Shoulda been there! ;)
Miss Liz even skyped in to watch from Arizona! Auntie Rachel tried too, but was just a few minutes late :( She was hosting her first ladies activity for Victory Baptist Church - Exciting! Then we opened some gender-neutral gifts from Miss Ashlynn. You got some spoons and binkies and all sorts of fun stuff!
After that we made your newly engaged uncle and aunt play the newly-wed game. They were hard to stump. I guess after 4 years you know each other pretty well ;)
Such a fun night! :)
